Comprising: Eight historically accurate scale models in high-resolution, unpainted, 3D-printed resin. Available in your choice of 1/32, 1/48, or 1/72 scale.
History: The Traisen-Rauchbombe appears in K.u.K. Luftfahrtruppen aerial ordnance inventories of the Great War as a 14kg smoke-producing aerial bomb alongside other Austro-Hungarian ordnance types such as Brandbomben (incendiary), Sprengbomben (high-explosive), and various T.N.B. and T.V.B. types. It was designed primarily for marking, signaling, or battlefield obscuration. The T.R.B. 14 was fitted with a top-mounted time fuze and engineered to produce a große schwarze Rauchwolke (large black smoke cloud) upon detonation.
Operational Use: Deployed by being thrown manually from the cockpit or mounted on simple external bomb racks. Aircraft types documented or structurally capable of carrying the T.R.B. 14 include various Albatros B and C-types; Aviatik B.III; Hansa-Brandenburg C.I and G.I; Lloyd B and C.I types; Lohner B.VII and C.I; Phönix C.I; and the UFAG C.I.
Note: Images may include digital renderings of the actual 3D designs used to produce this scale model. Each scale is customized to ensure the highest level of detail and historical accuracy, while balancing the limitations of the printing process to produce the most pleasing results.
