Bomb - WW1 British 100lb Hale (Set of 4)

Comprising: Four historically accurate scale models in high-resolution, 3D-printed resin.

History: The British 100lb Hale aerial bomb was a heavier version of its 20lb sibling (sharing the same tail unit) designed by British explosives engineer Frederick Marten Hale.  It was in use with the Royal Naval Air Service and Royal Flying Corps primarily during the early years of the First World War, being phased out as standardized Royal Laboratory bombs became predominant.

Operational Use: This type is documented to have been used with the Armstrong Whitworth F.K.3, Airco D.H.6, Fairey Campania, Royal Aircraft Factory B.E.2, Short Admiralty Type 74, and the Wight 'Converted' Seaplane.
