Comprising: One historically accurate scale model (including two tail variants) in high-resolution, 3D-printed resin.

History: This was heaviest aerial bomb deployed operationally by the British Royal Air Force (and Independent Air Force) during WW1.  The 1650lb SN was intended for raids against German industrial centers, particularly the destruction of the Essen Munitions Works - hence the initials 'SN'.  Developed by the Royal Laboratory, this high-explosive device was constructed of a substantial steel casing and finned (later ringed) tail assembly, which incorporated wooden components.

Operational Use The 1650lb SN was first deployed by No. 214 Squadron in a strategic raid on Middelkerke in midsummer 1918.  By war's end the only British aircraft capable of deploying this heavy ordnance were the Handley Page Types O/400, and V/1500.

Note: Images may include digital renderings of the actual 3D designs used to produce this scale model. Each respective scale is customized to ensure the greatest level detail and historical accuracy while factoring the limitations of the printing process in order to produce the most pleasing results.
